enable search in the tile menu (administration / preservation)

- add new job type & AIP file number
- display aip file number
- add AIP check function
- display aip file number for Downloaded AIP
- display archive file number in searching & browsing archives
- display file number in AIP lists

- copy file into assets

fix bug when trying to upload a file of Category `Package` and Type `CustomMetadata` in a new deposit, the list of Metadata Types cannot be loaded.
