fix(ssr): add in cache if no existing cache found and add method to associate ssr route to active mq message

BREAKING CHANGES: Replace in SSR config the ssrRoutes (in server-environment.*.ts and server-environment.runtime.json):
- rename 'pathId' in 'pathIdKey'
- convert 'urlMatcher' value from regexp to string regexp

fix(ssr): allow callback to retrieve id in cache eviction message and allow to wait a delay to refresh cache after an active mq messages

fix(DownloadService): [AOU-1797] remove non ISO-8859-1 chars from filename when downloading file in memory

fix: force to preserve technical cookie for cookie preferences and notify when new cookies are available

chore: remove .npmignore to avoid solidify-frontend-ssr/package.json deletion during release process
