[DLCM-2462] mark notification request dataset as done when processing

Homada.Boumedane requested to merge dlcm-2462_mark_as_done_request_dataset_when_processing into master

When receiving a notification of type "Dataset access request", clicking into process the request will create the archive acl, so it should be mark as done as well.
