Need to subscribe to the new notifications: COMPLETED_ARCHIVE_INFO and MY_COMPLETED_ARCHIVE_INFO. Create as well the scheduled task for NOTIFY_COMPLETED_ARCHIVES_CREATOR and NOTIFY_COMPLETED_ARCHIVES_APPROVERS

Add notification types explained in Environment-upgrade
