LTS_S3Test has been added to test Switch LTS. S3Test has been renamed to HCP_S3Test to differentiate the two types of S3 storage tests. In S3StorageService, removed base64 encoding for the access key and MD5 hash for the secret key as it is specific to HCP and incompatible with the Switch LTS credentials.
