Some changes to perham3pla. Mainly making the documentation nicer

Some minor improvements throughout src/perham3pla.py

  • Making the documentation of PerHam3pla and PerHam3pla.angle more compact and nicer to read
  • Putting the default value of verbose to False
  • Intercepting all cases for which k1n1 + k2n2 + k3*n3 cannot be zero when keplerian = True
