Adding module PerHam3pla. Adding new functions in Laplace module. Adding the possibility to display series with one term per line with command celeries.series.backtoline(True)

  • Only files doc/source/index.srt, src/celeries/laplace.py, src/celeries/series.py were modified
  • I also deleted the file .gitlab-ci.yml to prevent commit fails
  • I added a new file src/celeries/perham3pla.py. It contains a function PerHam3pla whose behavior is sensibly the same as PerHam but for 3-planets angles k1*lbd1 + k2*lbd2 + k3*lbd3
