Homada.Boumedane requested to merge AOU-1434_Create_a_link_on_the_title_of_deposit_to_the_public_record into master

For deposits with status "completed" (in completed tab), add action to open the public record of a deposit (https://archive-ouverte.unige.ch/unige:xxxxx). Do the same in the "Research group" admin module, in the list of deposits containing the research group.
