AOU-1280 : add collaborator role

Homada.Boumedane requested to merge AOU-1280_Add_collaborator_as_contributor_type_in_database into master

Add 'collaborator' as contributor type in database and restrict publication_subtype_contributor_role by adding new boolean field 'visible'.
