- Junk .Rdata history file was deleted (I had some  unrelated data open in the project workspace and when building the website it was being saved)
- I also deleted the instructions from the readme file, but I leave the link to the template that I used to build this website.
- Deleted initial content of the section LINKS , we could include there links to toolboxes , software and manual that we find useful in the lab
