Need to add checks, need to complete device connect/disconnection, need to hardwire UUID's (I think)

Started BT Selection dialog, remigrated to `flutter_blue` from `rx_ble` because I started understanding `StreamBuilder`'s

Ventured into platform specific code (used for getting battery values but necessary for BLE, sadly), added a whole `THOUGHTS.md` recapping the resources visited.

Added routing between main and stats page (not one single page), added animation, flutter upgrade compliant.
